Are you a passionate Early Years Educator looking for your next opportunity in Camden? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools and nursery settings across the London Borough of Camden who are seeking enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Educators to join their Early Years teams from September 2026.

The Role
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality interactions.
- Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Observe, assess and record children's progress to support individual development.
- Encourage children's confidence, independence and communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or recognised equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool or primary school Early Years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- A nurturing, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
