The school has a strong SEND provision and is looking for a candidate who can help pupils develop confidence, communication skills, and engagement within the classroom environment. Key responsibilities: Delivering targeted speech and language interventions. Supporting pupils during classroom lessons and small-group activities. Reinforcing communication strategies recommended by specialists. Promoting positive social interactions and language development. Monitoring progress and contributing to pupil reviews.Requirements: Experience supporting children with speech and language needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt learning activities to meet individual needs. A patient and encouraging approach.
