What You'll Be Doing
- Transformational 1:1 Support: Work closely with individual secondary‑aged students who thrive outside the traditional classroom box.

- Curriculum Integration: Deliver engaging, practical sessions that bridge the gap between outdoor activity and personal development / academic progress.
- Mentorship: Act as a positive role model, helping students overcome barriers to learning and manage their behaviour effectively.
