Are you an engaging, resilient, and passionate History Teacher looking for a rewarding role where you can truly transform student outcomes? We are currently seeking a dedicated educator to join a progressive Alternative Provision (AP) setting in Burnley. In this role, you will work with small class sizes supporting Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students who benefit from a flexible, bespoke approach to education. If you have a knack for connecting with young people, managing challenging behaviours with empathy, and making history relevant and exciting, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative History lessons tailored to students with diverse learning needs and barriers to education. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and curiosity. Track student progress, adapt teaching strategies, and collaborate closely with specialised pastoral support teams. Build strong, professional rapport with students to boost confidence, self-esteem, and academic retention.What We Offer: Competitive Daily Rate: £174.71 to £270.95 per day, paid via PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay, with no hidden umbrella company fees).
