Are you a graduate looking for flexible work, classroom experience, or a step towards a teaching career? Tradewind Education is recruiting enthusiastic graduates for temporary cover supervisor roles at a large Ofsted-rated Good secondary academy on the Oldham/Rochdale border.
The Role
- Ad hoc, day-to-day supply cover (start immediately)
- Monday-Friday, 8:20am-3:20pm
- Take the lead in the teacher's absence, deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour, and support learning and pastoral care
- Full training provided in KCSIE, Working as a Cover Supervisor, and Safer Working Practices
- Experience teaching PE, Spanish, or Maths is a bonus

Who We’re Looking For
- Graduates with at least 6 weeks' experience working with children or teens in the last 3 years
- Experience could include: school/college support, youth work (e.g., MAHDLO), sports coaching, drama or arts workshops, children's clubs, summer camps, Scouts/Guides, Duke of Edinburgh, or outdoor education
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Ability to get to Oldham by 8am at short notice
- Legal right to work in the UK
