Level: Secondary School, teaching up to GCSE

Are you a passionate and dedicated secondary teacher, including Early Career Teachers (ECTs), looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Tradewind and offer you short- or long-term work, with possibilities of Temp to Perm roles. Opportunities will be starting from January 2026.

Tradewind are looking for subject specialisms in:

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching your specialism up to GCSE level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Salary: The positions will be paid on the teacher pay scale, ranging from 150 to 260 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. For Early Career Teachers (ECTs), this position will count towards your years of service.
