Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Borehamwood from September. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning and develop communication, behaviour and emotional skills.

You'll work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team in a nurturing, inclusive environment, encouraging confidence, independence and key skills, and you’ll have access to extensive CPD training.
