In this role you will:

  • Assist in monitoring and promoting social, emotional, and behavioural development
  • Support intervention groups (e.g., emotional literacy, resilience programmes)
  • Work alongside SENCOs to implement strategies informed by psychological theory
  • Observe and record pupil behaviour and engagement with targeted tasks
