Tradewind Recruitment is seeking Psychology Graduates keen to apply psychological principles to support pupil learning and wellbeing in primary schools.
In this role you will:
- Assist in monitoring and promoting social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Support intervention groups (e.g., emotional literacy, resilience programmes)
- Work alongside SENCOs to implement strategies informed by psychological theory
- Observe and record pupil behaviour and engagement with targeted tasks
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils needing social-emotional assistance
- Contribute to reflective practice and develop insight into child development
Ideal candidate:
- Degree in psychology or related discipline
- Strong understanding of developmental, social, and educational psychology
- Good organisational and reflective skills
