Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in central Bolton, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team from Easter. This is a full-time position, initially on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity for an EYFS practitioner who is committed to giving children the very best start to their learning journey. The school has a strong focus on child-centred learning, creativity, and nurturing positive relationships with pupils and families.
The Role
- Take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Support children's development across the prime and specific areas of learning
- Use ongoing assessment to track progress and inform next steps
- Work collaboratively with EYFS colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have recent experience teaching in Early Years (Nursery or Reception)
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early child development
- Be enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing, with high expectations for all pupils
- Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Be open to feedback and committed to professional development
