The Role
We are seeking an adaptable, enthusiastic, and professionally qualified Primary Teacher to join our team for the upcoming summer term to deliver high-quality PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover across the school. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for a versatile educator who thrives on variety and wants to experience working across different year groups. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining our high academic standards while our class teachers take their dedicated PPA time. Work will be provided by the class teachers and sent to you via email the evening before. Marking will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned, engaging, and high-quality lessons across various primary year groups.
- Maintain a consistent, positive, and productive learning environment in every classroom you cover.

- Provide constructive feedback to class teachers regarding pupil progress, engagement, and any notable achievements or incidents.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome.
- Experience: Proven, demonstrable experience teaching within a primary school setting with strong classroom management skills.
- Attributes: Adaptable, highly organised, and capable of building quick, positive rapport with pupils across different age groups.
- Vetting: Possession of an enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to undergo a new check) is mandatory.
