We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor with a strong Pastoral focus to join a vibrant school community in Blackpool.
You will be the bridge between the student, the classroom, and their home life helping them navigate the emotional and social hurdles that prevent them from learning.
Pastoral Support:Work closely with the SENCO and Safeguarding team to monitor student well-being and attendance. In Blackpool schools, rapport is your greatest tool.
Experience:Backgrounds in Youth Work, Sports Coaching, Residential Care, or Military/Ex-Services are highly valued. Experience with Team Teach, MAPA, or other de-escalation training is a significant advantage.
Commitment:This is a temp-to-perm role. We want someone who wants to become a cornerstone of the school's support network.
