A leading Alternative Provision (AP) in Blackpool is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. Key Responsibilities
- Behavioural Support: Implementing de-escalation strategies and supporting students with complex emotional and social needs.

- Resilience: A calm, patient 'can-do' attitude and the ability to remain professional in high-pressure situations.
- Qualifications: Team Teach or similar de-escalation training is highly desirable.
