We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Technician to join our friendly and forward-thinking team, supporting a group of secondary schools across Lewisham. About the Role
As an IT Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of IT systems across multiple secondary school sites. You will provide technical support to staff and students, assist with hardware and software maintenance, and contribute to the ongoing development of the schools' IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line IT support to staff and students
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
