Key Responsibilities as a Site Supervisor:

  • Premises Management: Ensure the school buildings, grounds, and facilities are maintained to an exceptionally high, safe standard.
  • Security: Act as the primary keyholder, managing the opening and closing of the school site, and ensuring robust security measures are in place.
  • Health & Safety: Conduct regular safety checks, risk assessments, and compliance logging (including fire alarms, water testing, and emergency lighting).
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out day-to-day DIY, minor repairs, painting, and planned maintenance work across the campus.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee external contractors on-site, ensuring all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the school leadership team to support the unique requirements of an alternative educational setting.
