We are actively recruiting talented education professionals to support these new client schools and secure their January staffing requirements. All positions are offered on a term-time temporary contract basis.
- Daily Supply Cover Teachers (Primary)
- Role: Providing crucial daily cover across various year groups and key stages to ensure continuity of learning. The work will be pre-set.
- Contract: Term-Time Temporary
- Ideal for: Fully qualified teachers seeking flexibility, variety, and the chance to build relationships with local schools. This role offers work-life balance with no planning responsibilities.
- Long-Term Teaching Assistants (TAs)
- Role: Guaranteed long-term roles providing consistent classroom support, including general TA duties and potentially 1:1 support for specific pupils.
- Contract: Monday - Friday, Term-Time Temporary (starting with a strong view to continue from January 2026 onwards).
- Ideal for: Experienced TAs or graduates looking for stable, ongoing work.
Due to significant demand, we are heavily recruiting for the Blackburn, Accrington, and Darwen areas.
Local Cluster Work: Tradewind is working with multiple primary schools across East Lancashire. This means work in close proximity at other sister schools will be available for strong candidates, ensuring consistent local employment.
Internal Recommendations: The cluster structure means high-performing candidates are often recommended directly to sister schools for upcoming work, boosting your chances of consistent employment.
