We are partnering with a fantastic SEMH school in the Blackburn area to host a dedicated Recruitment & Interview Day on Thursday 25th June. We are entirely solution-focused and committed to finding the right fit for both our schools and our candidates. Rather than traditional classroom trials, this day will consist of formal interviews and meetings, allowing us to safely open up the talent pool to high-quality candidates who are currently in work, as well as those awaiting final compliance checks.
For the right candidates, full on-site training will be provided, and we are offering summer team-teaching opportunities to ensure you are fully supported, confident, and ready to hit the ground running this September.
Key Roles Available:
- Level 2 & Level 3 Teaching Assistants / Behaviour Support
- Psychology Graduates (SEN / Pastoral Support pathways)
- Cover Supervisors & Learning Support Assistants
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Supporting Teaching and Learning, OR a degree in Psychology (or a related social science field).
- Experience: Previous experience working with children or vulnerable young people is highly desirable, though passion and transferable skills are highly valued.
- Attributes: A resilient, empathetic, and solution-focused approach to supporting student engagement and behaviour.
- Availability: Must be available to attend the interview day in Blackburn on Thursday 25th June and be looking for a September 2026 start.
