Are you a passionate, dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in primary classrooms across Birmingham? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Supply TAs to support our wonderful partner schools on a day-to-day, short-term and long-term basis.
About the Role:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your experience
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils progress
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and routines
- Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
