We are currently seeking experienced SEND Teaching Assistants who are available for daily supply work across special schools in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated SEND TAs who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs and who value flexible working.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant
- Experience supporting pupils with a range of needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, physical needs)
- Confidence working 1:1 and in small groups
- A calm, patient and proactive approach
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Availability for short-notice or pre-booked daily supply
