Your Role

You’ll use your education knowledge to:

  • Interview and support teachers and support staff
  • Match candidates to suitable school environments
  • Create high-quality CV profiles
  • Work alongside sales teams to fill vacancies
  • Build long-term relationships with schools and candidates

Following your first year, you’ll receive advanced training in:

  • Business development
  • Negotiation and client management
  • Safeguarding and compliance
  • Handling challenging conversations

Essential Criteria

  • UK driving licence
  • UK right to work - no sponsorship
  • A consistent CV showing commitment and transferable skills
  • Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
  • A desire to move into a commercial, target-driven role
