Your Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
- Recruit teachers and support staff for primary, secondary and SEND schools
- Interview and support education professionals
- Build relationships with candidates throughout their job search
- Write professional candidate profiles
- Match excellent teachers with schools across the region
- Work towards achievable targets with uncapped commission
- Become an expert in the education recruitment market

After successfully completing your first year, you'll move onto your own sales desk with advanced training in:
