Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for the flexibility of supply work? Tradewind is seeking proactive HLTAs to support a variety of welcoming primary schools across Birmingham.

  • Lead whole-class teaching during teacher PPA time and planned absences.
  • Support development across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
  • HLTA Status (essential) or equivalent experience delivering whole-class lessons.
  • Primary School Experience with a solid understanding of the UK curriculum.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability to hit the ground running in different school environments.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
