Your Role You'll partner with schools across the West Midlands, helping them recruit outstanding education professionals while building your own successful client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Headhunting candidates Interviewing education professionals Building relationships with schools Negotiating recruitment fees Managing vacancies Working towards achievable targets with uncapped commission Full Training No recruitment background required.
