We are currently recruiting a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil on a 1:1 basis. The role will involve working closely with a child with additional needs including ADHD, trauma and attachment-related barriers to learning.
You will be required to:
- Provide consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day
- Adapt learning to meet individual needs
- Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCO
