We're working with a number of SEN schools across the Wirral who are looking to appoint dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with autism (ASD) on a full-time basis.

These 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant roles involve providing consistent, individual support for pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs, so would suit someone who is calm, patient, and confident working in a structured SEN education environment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant (LSA), Support Worker, Care Worker, or anyone with experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals who is looking to build a career in the education sector.

  • Providing dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with autism (ASD) as an SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Supporting communication, engagement, and emotional regulation
