About the Role
/n
As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and build experience across a range of school settings while making a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.
/n
Your responsibilities may include:
/n
Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
/n Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
/n Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
/n Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
/n Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively
/n Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
/n Contributing to the wider life of the school
/n
What We're Looking For
/n
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS before September 2026
/n A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
/n A positive, proactive and flexible attitude
/n Strong communication and organisational skills
/n A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
/n
No previous teaching experience is required beyond your training placements.
/n
