A primary setting in Wallasey is seeking a resilient Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. You will be responsible for supporting pupils both in class and within intervention spaces, using de-escalation strategies and consistent behaviour approaches.
The ideal candidate will be confident building relationships with pupils who require structure, boundaries, and emotional support to access learning. Experience in behaviour support, PRU or SEMH settings is highly desirable.
