Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging vocational lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs and abilities
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes participation and achievement
- Support pupils in developing practical skills, confidence, and employability skills
- Differentiating learning to meet a range of educational and behavioural needs
- Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress
- Work closely with teaching assistants, pastoral teams, and senior leaders to support pupil outcomes
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations within the classroom
- Contribute to the wider school community and support enrichment activities where appropriate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or relevant vocational teaching qualification
- Experience delivering vocational subjects or practical learning programmes
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Daily rate paid to scale, dependent on experience and qualifications
- Full-time long-term position ASAP start available
