Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant in East Lindsey, England. This role is dedicated to supporting students with challenging behaviour and managing complex needs effectively.
The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil, work on individualised support plans, and assist in maintaining a positive learning environment.
Essential qualifications include:
- Experience with SEND
- First Aid Certification
