You do not need formal teaching qualifications.

Mentoring: Work 1-to-1 or in small groups with students exhibiting challenging behaviour, helping them develop emotional regulation, accountability, and resilience.
Pastoral
Care: Act as a dedicated point of contact for vulnerable pupils, providing a safe space to discuss personal challenges, anxiety, attendance issues, or home-life barriers.
