Key Responsibilities:- Providing 1:1 and small-group mentoring to students needing behavioural or emotional support
- Implementing behaviour management strategies to improve engagement and learning
- Building strong, trusting relationships with young people
- Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and external agencies
- Tracking student progress and contributing to personalised support plans
- Acting as a positive role model, promoting resilience, respect and responsibility
- Approachable, calm and confident when supporting challenging behaviour
- Able to build rapport quickly with young people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in youth work, mentoring, education or similar settings is highly desirable
- A genuine desire to help students reach their full potential
