?? Behavioural Mentor Wanted – Make a Difference in Leicester! ??
Are you a motivated, energetic, and passionate individual with experience working with young people? Do you have the skills to inspire, guide, and support students to overcome challenges and reach their full potential? If so, we need YOU!
?? Location: Leicester?? Pay: Up to £110 per day (based on experience)? Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm?? Contract: Full-time – Potential for a permanent position for the right candidate!
�? What You'll Be Doing:
? Providing 1:1 and group support to students with behavioural needs? Encouraging positive behaviour, resilience, and self-confidence? Building strong relationships with students to help them succeed? Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies? Being a role model and making a real impact in young people's lives

?? Previous experience working with young people in a professional setting is essential?? A positive, patient, and resilient mindset – you thrive on challenges!??
