Behaviour Mentor – High Wycombe Join a Dynamic and Inclusive Secondary Academy Are you passionate about supporting secondary school students in overcoming challenges and achieving their full potential? Do you have the resilience and commitment to make a real difference in young people’s lives? Tradewind is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behaviour Mentors to join a supportive team at a large and inclusive Secondary Academy in High Wycombe. Starting in January, this role is ideal for individuals who thrive on building positive relationships with pupils and supporting them in overcoming barriers to education, particularly those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs or at risk of exclusion. The Role: Work within the inclusion department, supporting students with Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Provide classroom support, liaise with external agencies, and collaborate closely with parents. Be a stable and positive role model to help improve behaviour, attendance, and engagement. What We’re Looking For: Experience or Qualifications: Degree-qualified or experience working with pupils with SEN/SEMH needs. Availability: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 3:00 pm) with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Commitment: A positive approach to supporting students with SEMH challenges and the ability to build strong relationships. Location: Based in or near High Wycombe, with good transport links and parking available.
