We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Behaviour Manager to work full-time (5 days per week) across welcoming and well-regarded secondary schools in Southwark. The Role

As Behaviour Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement across the school. Key Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working as a Behaviour Manager within a secondary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of behaviour management frameworks, interventions, and best practice
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
  • The ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
  • A proactive and resilient approach
  • A degree qualification (preferred)
