We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Manager to join welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Lewisham. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional who is passionate about student wellbeing, behaviour support, and creating a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting high standards of behaviour, supporting students both academically and emotionally, and working closely with staff, families, and senior leadership teams to ensure students are able to thrive.
The Role
- Managing and supporting student behaviour across the school
- Implementing behaviour strategies and intervention plans
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom

Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Behaviour Manager or within a similar pastoral/behaviour-focused role in secondary schools
- Strong knowledge and understanding of behaviour management strategies and student support
- Ability to confidently manage challenging behaviour in a professional and calm manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree is preferred
- A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed
