Tradewind Recruitment is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behaviour Buddies in SEMH schools across the region. This rewarding role is ideal for those who want to make a real impact by helping students overcome behavioural challenges and reach their full potential.
What is a Behaviour Buddy?
You'll work closely with students who may struggle with behaviour, attendance, or emotional regulation. Your role is to provide positive reinforcement, build strong relationships, and support both learning and well-being - often working one-to-one or in small groups.
This role is perfect for:
- Psychology, criminology, or education graduates
- Aspiring teachers, youth workers, or mentors
- Individuals with experience in behaviour support, sports coaching, or SEN
