We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join a supportive secondary school on the Wirral as a Teaching Assistant, working closely with students who may need additional academic, emotional, or behavioural support. This role is ideal for graduates considering a future career in education, educational psychology, mental health, or youth work.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups across the classroom
  • Assisting pupils with additional needs, including SEN, SEMH, and behavioural challenges
  • Helping students stay engaged, regulated, and focused during lessons
  • Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support learning and wellbeing
  • Implementing strategies to support emotional regulation, confidence, and behaviour
  • Building positive, trusting relationships with students to encourage progress

What we're looking for:

  • A Psychology degree (or related subject)
