This is an excellent opportunity to lead therapeutic provision, support pupil development and work collaboratively within a committed multidisciplinary team. The Role Manage a caseload and deliver individual, paired and group therapy sessions. Assess communication needs and develop tailored intervention plans. Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical records and reports. Contribute to EHCP annual reviews and liaise with families and external professionals. Lead and support Speech and Language Therapy Assistants. Provide training and guidance to teaching staff to promote effective communication and pupil independence. What We're Looking For A recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification. Current HCPC registration. Experience supporting children or young people with communication difficulties. Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. A patient, flexible and proactive approach to supporting pupils with additional needs. Why Apply?
