As a Learning Manager, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout the school day by:
- Working with pupils to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Supporting students both in and out of the classroom
- Acting as a mentor and positive role model
- Liaising with teaching staff, pastoral teams and senior leaders
- Helping to remove barriers to learning and improve outcomes
