Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teacher to work on a supply basis across welcoming primary schools in Barnsley. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy flexible work, gain experience in different school settings, and help young children develop a love of learning during the Early Years.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based activities.
- Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of every child.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Maintain high expectations and ensure continuity of learning.
We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Recent experience teaching within EYFS in a UK primary school.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A caring, flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
