About the role Tradewind Recruitment is working with welcoming, well-resourced primary schools across Barnet to find experienced Level 3 Early Years Educators for immediate and ongoing placements in Nursery and Reception settings. Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will plan and deliver stimulating, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS statutory framework, supporting children's development across all seven areas of learning. You will take a lead role within the room, working alongside other practitioners and the class teacher to create a safe, nurturing and language-rich environment where every child can thrive. You will carry out observations and assessments using Development Matters, contribute to children's learning journeys, liaise with parents and carers and support the identification and inclusion of children with SEND and EAL needs under the guidance of the SENCO.
