The Role

As a Pastoral Manager, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, attendance and student wellbeing. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Heads of Year, SEND department, safeguarding team and external agencies, you will provide tailored support to students facing social, emotional or behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pastoral care and wellbeing of students within your allocated year group(s).
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents/carers and staff.
  • Support students with behavioural, emotional and attendance challenges.
