We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work full-time across a range of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to making a real difference in students' academic, social, and emotional development, while also benefiting from clear opportunities for career progression.
The Role
- Provide in-class and small-group support to students with a range of learning needs
- Support students with SEN, SEMH, and additional learning requirements
- Work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral and SEN teams
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Encourage students' confidence, independence, and personal growth
