Autism Support Worker Location: Preston Contract Type: Full-time and Part-time Salary: £15 - £16 per hour About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, committed, and proactive Autism Support Worker to join our team supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC). This is a highly rewarding role where you\'ll make a real difference in helping students develop their communication, confidence, independence, and emotional well-being. You will work either 1:1 or with small groups in a structured, nurturing environment, supporting pupils with varying levels of need including non-verbal communication, sensory processing differences, and social interaction challenges.
