Are you an experienced Autism Support Specialist looking to make a meaningful impact in education? Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting passionate and skilled individuals to work in school-based SEN roles, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across primary and secondary settings. The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ASD
- Implement structured routines and individual learning strategies
- Support communication using tools such as visual aids and PECS
- Help students develop social skills, emotional regulation, and independence
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored support
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience supporting children or young people with Autism (ASD)
- Understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches
