Design Technology Teacher (Food Technology)
Full‑time maternity cover role starting in October 2026, with potential for an earlier start.
Contract of at least 9 months.
Daily rate up to £241 per day, depending on experience and M scale point.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Design Technology with a focus on Food Technology across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons that inspire students and develop essential life skills.
- Use strong subject knowledge to design creative, high‑quality lessons that enable all learners to make progress.
- Maintain excellent classroom management and create an inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hold QTS Status or QTLS.
- Be subject to Enhanced DBS Disclosure and overseas police clearance if applicable; provide professional references.
- Provide a CV detailing full employment/education history, including any employment breaks.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
