Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive secondary school in Tameside.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group mentoring, helping pupils regulate emotions, build resilience and engage with learning.
The role requires patience, calmness under pressure and strong communication within a school team.
Immediate start preferred.
Location: Tameside, Hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm, Pay: £105–£115 per day. Relevant experience in SEMH or pastora care is advantageous.
