About the Role
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support children within a nurturing and engaging Early Years setting. Working alongside the class teacher, you will help create a positive learning environment where every child feels supported, encouraged, and valued.
- Supporting the delivery of creative, play-based learning activities
- Working closely with the class teacher to promote pupil progress and development
- Providing additional support for children with SEND where required
- Encouraging children's social, emotional, and communication development
- Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Have previous experience working within an EYFS setting
- Have experience supporting children with SEND (desirable)
- Be enthusiastic, caring, and proactive in their approach
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Be committed to supporting children in reaching key developmental milestones
