Our education recruitment agency is working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive special needs primary school in Altrincham, who are seeking a full-time Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting primary-aged pupils with complex needs, including a range of learning, communication, sensory and behavioural needs.

Your Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with complex needs
- Supporting children with communication difficulties, sensory needs and behaviour
- Assisting with personalised learning and care plans
- Helping pupils access the curriculum in a safe and nurturing environment
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience supporting children with complex needs, SEND, ASD, or similar
- Is patient, nurturing and adaptable
- Confident supporting pupils with additional care or behavioural needs
- Can build strong, positive relationships with young children
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to apply)
