We are working with a creative and supportive secondary school in Ealing who are seeking a passionate Art Graduate to join their Art & Design department.
This role is ideal for a recent Art or Art & Design graduate who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a school environment, support creative learning, and potentially progress into teacher training or a long-term education career.
The Role
As an Art Graduate, you will support the Art department by:
- Assisting teachers during practical Art & Design lessons
- Supporting students with creative techniques, materials, and processes
- Preparing, organising, and maintaining art resources and equipment
- Helping to create and display student artwork across the school
- Encouraging student creativity, engagement, and confidence
- Supporting classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, structured learning environment
