Are you a Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for a rewarding full-time role in a supportive and nurturing school environment? Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming village primary school in the Nottingham area for a Key Stage 2 Teacher, starting in September 2026. This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, community-focused school with a strong emphasis on creating a caring, inclusive environment where every child is valued and encouraged to thrive. The Role:
- Full-time teaching role within Key Stage 2
- Fixed-term contract for one academic year (September 2026 - July 2027)
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress
- Working collaboratively with a supportive staff team
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (or strong placement experience for ECTs)
- A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive teaching approach
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
